“As part of our planned organic growth at Omega Resource Group we had requirements for 6 consultants to be based both at Head Office and our Worcester office. We have had limited success with Rec 2 Rec companies over the last 10 years as the majority have only wanted to send us a candidate as part of a specualitive exercise. Our locations are not the easiest to recruit for and therefore we really wanted to partner with a company that would invest the time in coming to see us, understanding our culture and working hard to generate high calibre candidates for us.
